Abhay Bhargav is the Founder of we45, a focused Application Security Company. Abhay is a builder and breaker of applications. He is the Chief Architect of "Orchestron", which is a "DevOps first" Application Vulnerability Correlation and Management platform. He has created some pioneering works in the area of DevSecOps and AppSec Automation, including the world's first hands-on training program on DevSecOps, focused on Application Security Automation.

In addition to his work in Application Security Automation, he has created "ThreatPlaybook", a unique open-source framework that marries Threat-Modeling (as-Code) with Application Security Automation. In addition to this, Abhay is active in his research of new technologies and their impact on Application Security, namely Containers, Orchestration and Serverless Architectures.

Abhay is a speaker and trainer at major industry events including DEF CON, BlackHat, OWASP AppSecUSA, EU and AppSec Cali. His trainings have been sold-out at conferences like AppSecUSA, EU, AppSecDay Melbourne, CodeBlue (Japan), BlackHat USA 2019, SHACK 2019 and so on. He's also an accomplished speaker and speaks at several prestigious events worldwide. He writes on IT and IT Security-focused areas in his blog. Adam has over 20 years working in cybersecurity. His experience includes executive positions at large cybersecurity vendors, leading the U.N. Global Programme against Cybercrime, and working as the Global Director for IT & Cyber Risk at one of the largest EU banks. Adam’s diverse global background perfectly positions him to understand and advise security leaders to be successful.

Before joining Tenable, Adam held the position of Global Director, Cybersecurity Risk & Controls for Banco Santander – the largest bank in the EU and Latin America. This role provided deep global experience with oversight for a large advanced cybersecurity programme.

Adam began his career as a U.S. military officer focused on cybercrime cases. After the military, Adam worked in a senior operational role by creating the .ORG top level Internet domain cybersecurity programme. This programme has been cited by leading industry groups as a major success for reducing cyber risk. Adam later created and led the United Nations Global Programme Against Cybercrime, delivering anti-cybercrime capacity building programs to global governments.

Adam has significant experience as an advisor working at leading cybersecurity vendors. In these roles he advised both large and medium size organizations on cybersecurity best practices. Adam has published numerous articles and is regularly invited to speak about cybersecurity.

Adam (JD, MBA, CISSP, CIPP) is originally from the United States. He has worked across the USA, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. Adam is currently based in Dublin, Ireland.

Emerald de Leeuw is a globally recognized Privacy and Data ethics expert as well as an award-winning entrepreneur, lawyer, and lecturer. She currently leads the EMEA privacy team at Logitech, in Ireland. Prior to joining Logitech, she founded a Privacy-tech company; Eurocomply for which she won various awards such as European Young Innovator of the Year in 2017 and a 30 under 30 award. She started this company after writing her master thesis on the GDPR in 2012. Forbes named her one of 100 European female founders to watch and she speaks regularly at leading conferences and events such as TEDx. Troels Oerting is presently the first head and Chair of the Global Centre for Cybersecurity (C4C) established by World Economic Forum in 2018 to mitigate the global challenges to security,privacy and integrity imposed by the Digital Transformation and the 4th Industrial Revolution by engaging and curate global stakeholders in a world-wide platform for prevention, protection and prosecution. He has been working in cyber/security ‘first line’ for the last 38 years and has held a number of significant posts both nationally and international, and has an extensive network covering both public and private institutions.

Before joining World Economic Forum Troels Oerting worked as Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Group Chief Security Officer (CSO) with end to end responsibility of all security in Barclays Group, responsible for more than 3000 security experts world-wide protecting the banks 50 million customers and 140.000 employees in 51 countries.

Previously Troels also held the position as the first Director of the European Cybercrime Centre (EC3), an EU wide centre located in EUROPOL with the task to assist Law Enforcement Agencies in protecting 500 million citizens in the 28 EU Member States from cybercrime or loss of privacy.

As an expert in cyber security Troels has constantly been looking for new legislative, technical or cooperation opportunities to efficiently protect privacy and security for users of the Internet. He has been pioneering new methodologies to prevent crime in Cyberspace and protect innocent users from losing their digital identity, assets or privacy online and enjoys a robust professional network covering both US, EU, China, Russia, Middle East and Africa. He is a highly sought presenter and moderator and has participated in all relevant conferences globally on cyber.

He is and has been Cyber advisor for the EU Commission and Parliament and been a permanent delegate in many governance organisations i.e. INTERPOL, ICANN, ITU and The Council of Europe and used by several governments and organisations as advisor in cyber related questions, amongst those the establishment of the GDPR.

Before joining Europol as Director for the European Cybercrime Centre (EC3) Troels Oerting held the position as Assistant Director for Europol Organised Crime department as well as the Counter Terrorist Department and he also held positions as Director of Operation in the Danish Security Intelligence Service and Director for the Danish Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA).

Troels is presently Chairman of the Advisory Board to the DK Board Leadership Society Centre for Cyber Competences, and board member at Bullwall A/S, Orchestra Inc, Venafi Inc, Yubico Inc, Virsec Inc, ClearSky Inc and extern lecturer on CBS Executive and Board Education in Cybersecurity and finalising the establishment of a Cyber Risk Simulation Center for Board Members in DK and abroad.

Zekeriya Eskiocak has been in the IT Industry for 20 years, and has taken different roles in different companies including distribution, mobile operator, network and security vendors. After his graduation from Yildiz Technical University he studied the master degree while he worked as a research assistant at one of the brand new universities in Turkey. His journey in IT industry started at Prolink at July 2000 as systems engineer who was initially responsible from niche technologies including Alteon Web Systems, Netapp Netcaches and then became the technical manager for the network security presales/postsales teams. He moved to Turkcell in 2005 as security consultant, experienced the technology in the mobile operator infrastructure for 2 years then left Turkcell back to the business and worked for Juniper for 3.5 years and F5 Networks for 2.5 years as Systems Engineer. In 2013, Eskiocak joined Palo Alto Networks as the Systems Engineer who is covering Turkey. Since then, the team in Turkey and the region grew up and he got promoted to manage the Systems Engineering team in the region since August 2016.
